JOSEPH H. CADY, CMC, is a Certified Management Consultant. Mr. Cady brings to your engagement over two decades of experience in management consulting and industry.  Mr. Cady has the expertise to assist you with strategy formulation, strategic planning process design, board-management relations, revenue enhancement, customer relations, emerging business management, organization design and development, and organizational effec­tiveness.  Industry experience includes finan­cial institutions (20+ years), manufacturing, computer, retail, hospitality, engineering, and real estate.

Mr. Cady has Big 4 experience with Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Management Consultant and has served as a Project Coordinator with Mitsubishi Bank of Cali­fornia.  His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration degree in Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, both from San Diego State University.  Mr. Cady is also the author of many business articles and publications (including appearances in ABA Banking Journal and US Banker), has spoken before numerous industry trade groups (ABA, WIB, CUNA, NAFCU, et al.) and colleges, and is a member of the Consultants Roundtable of San Diego (CONRO).  His accomplishments are listed in the current editions of Marquis Who's Who in the World, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in Finance and Business.

WILLIAM R. SOUKUP, PhD, serves you with over 40 years of professional and managerial experience in industry, management consulting, and academic environ­ments.  Dr. Soukup specializes in strategic planning, small business operations, merger/ acquisition planning and integration, organizational design and development, new product assessment, control systems design, manufacturing line management, and negotiation techniques.  Industry expertise encompasses financial institutions, manufacturing, industrial equipment, computer retailing, real estate development, and sporting goods.

Dr. Soukup has held various management positions with companies such as Interna­tional Telephone and Telegraph, Timex, Colt Industries, Westinghouse, and Cummins Engine.  He has also been a member of the management faculty at the University of San Diego, where he served as Director of the Graduate Venture Management Program.  Dr. Soukup has earned a PhD in Strategic Management, Master of Science in Indus­trial Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics, all from Purdue University.  Dr. Soukup has authored numerous business articles, including an appearance in the Harvard Business Review.  Additionally, he has designed and conducted seminars and training programs in the U.S. as well as internationally.
